Please join us in welcoming Gwyn Lando to the Argosy Private Equity (“Argosy”) Team!

Gwyn is the newest addition to our operating team and joins Argosy as an Associate. Gwyn will be responsible for collaborating with Argosy’s investment team and portfolio company management teams to champion business improvements, value creation and professionalization through Argosy’s VAM™ (Value Acceleration Methodology).

Prior to joining Argosy, Gwyn was a Senior External Manufacturing Operations Lead at Kenvue, Formerly the Consumer Healthcare division of Johnson & Johnson (J&J). Her primary responsibilities included EM site management and project management. Prior to her time at Kenvue, Gwyn participated in J&J’s Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program in which she rotated through different areas of supply chain and operations across the consumer products, medical device, and pharmaceutical businesses.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Gwyn enjoys golf, exploring new restaurants in Philly, spending time and traveling with family & friends and is an avid college football fan (Go Georgia Tech!).
