CLS is a leading provider of workforce solutions serving the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.

Scott brings 20 years of life sciences recruitment experience, most recently serving as Principal, Life Sciences, at Green Key Resources, a nationally recognized INC 5000 company known for its resourcing and recruiting solutions. During his tenure, Scott helped found and scale Green Key’s life sciences practice, with a focus on Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Biometrics, and Data Management.

Scott also brings deep experience in building and expanding Functional Service Provider (FSP) offerings, a growing area of need for life sciences organizations seeking scalable, flexible workforce solutions.
