Chris Lee Joins Argosy Healthcare Partners as Operations Associate
Wayne, PA, October 9, 2025 – Argosy Healthcare Partners (“AHP”), a lower middle market private equity firm focused exclusively on healthcare, is pleased to announce that Chris Lee has joined the team as an Operations Associate.
In his role, Chris will support Greg Mayer, Partner and Head of Portfolio Operations, in the execution of AHP’s value creation strategy across its portfolio companies. He will contribute to initiatives within the operations program, which focuses on driving scalable growth, operational efficiency, and commercial execution in partnership with management teams.
Chris brings experience in healthcare manufacturing and operations, most recently serving as Site Quality Excellence Lead at Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson). In his current role, he leads cost improvement initiatives and operational programs across quality labs and manufacturing operations. Prior to Kenvue, Chris spent four years at Terumo Medical Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility within quality engineering and process improvement.
Chris earned his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Delaware and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University.
